ROLE PLAY LOCATION THE LAKE!

I walk down to the lake, wind blowing through my hair. I look across, smiling slightly. I'm glad to be hom, at hogwarts where I belong. I stand, and wait to see if any of my friends will join me.

I sat down on a hard rock. the school uniform not giving me much padding for comfort. .these stupid uniforms, why couldnt we wear pants like the guys. maybe then they would stop treating us like crap..
I sighed trying to enjoy the view, so maybe I wasn't always so excited about coming back here, but it did get me away from my dad and that was always a good thing. I reached down pulling my shoes of dipping my toes in the water and closed my eyes. this place could be horrible but it was home. The only home I had right now thanks to mum's death and Jordan and Kayla abandoning me. I guess for once I was glad to call this home. What the heck was wrong with me?

I look over at her. 'Deep in thought?'
I look back across the water, waiting for her reply.

I didn't see anyone as I sat down so the sudden voice seemingly coming from no where made me jump a bit. I turned and saw Aimee, I smiled thankful it wasn't someone else.
"Kind of but these thoughts would do good in being interrupted" I kicked my legs once in the water liking the sound and feel of the murky lake water splashing against my ankles.

I sit down slowly, feeling an aching in my bones as I do so. I must be tired I think to myself.
I look across at her. 'If you want to share feel free to'
I look across the water again, feeling glad for the company to escape my thoughts.

I kicked at the water again, angry this time. I did not want to share my thoughts but I didnt want to sit in silence and continue to think them. I sighed, I guess making it up would have to work for now.
"There isn't a whole lot to share just glad to be home, you know." I paused wondering where to go from there and I looked out at the lake. The water was cool and the warmish fall air blew, it was kind of a perfect night for a swim. Who knew how much longer the weather would be like this? I turned towards on a whim. "Do you want to go for a swim with me?"

I smile softly, thinking I've finally found someone who I can almost get along with. I've always felt kind of out of place at hogwarts. Just a face in the crowd.
'Sure. The waters warm tonight.'
I take my trousers off, but leave my top on and walk into the lake, swimming as soon as the water reaches waist height. This is my home, no matter how much I feel I don't fit in, it's better then home.

I smiles watching the girl slip into the water. I tossed both my shirt and skirt aside, they were bad enough dry I didn't want them on my while I was wet. I jumped off my rock letting the water cool my skin slowly just walking until I couldn't touch the mucky sand anymore. I leans back looking up at the sky just floating, the water washing away the bad thoughts and feelings. This was what home was suposse to feel like, I'm glad I had found it and I would have to make plans on swimming out here for as long as i could before it got to cold to do so. I felt like every few second I was letting out a satisfied moan so I held my breath sinking into the water for a moment before breaking the surface of the water and swimming to the middle of the lake.
"I really love it out here, don't you?" I couldn't help myself from letting a small happy giggle slip from my lips.

I swim slowly. Feeling the warm water wash over my skin. I love the water. It makes me feel weight less, in control, myself. I see the other girl dive into the water and I smile to myself as she lays back in the water.
'It's brilliant. The one place in the world where I can just be myself and relax'
I groan inside, knowing I've probably said too much. After all, I am a slytherin, I'm meant to love who I am, love everything we stand for. I realize I don't even know this girls name or house. 'What's you name?' I shout to her, laying on my back, kicking my feet to star afloat.

How was it possible this girl didnt know my name? Maybe I was as invisible as I felt before. that would actually be a relief, it would mean that no one knew what I thought they knew. I smiled thinking about a school year where no one knew and it just made me really happy.
"I'm Brinna Swann, and I agree with you. Being out here is like being at a home away from home, you know?" I felt like maybe I was talking to much as was a tendency of mine, especially if I was feeling comfortable like I was at that present moment. I shook my head ignoring the feeling I had about making a fool of myself. Who cares? I'd make a fool of myself sooner or later, why not do it now?

I smile softly, thinking this girl could be someone I could relate to. I don't what house she is in but i feel like I don't care. She's nice and I feel like I could open up to her, but I fight that urge, knowing she doesn't want to hear it. To the outside world I have the perfect life. Parents who are high up in the wizarding world, money. But I've always felt as if something is missing.
'I agree. I'm Aimee Lords. Proud slytherin and all that rubbish.' I giggle, suddenly finding my importance of stating my house amusing. No doubt Brinna feels the same. I sigh and turn onto my tummy, swimmng slow, controlled strokes, never moving far away so when she replies I will hear her.

I really liked this girl so far, she seemed carefree and the way she announced her house made me think that to her it didn't matter. Which to me it didn't a house was a house just a place where you could sleep really. I smiled floating on my back looking up at the perfect sky.
"Slytherin huh? You might know my brother Jordan though I doubt it, he kind of keeps to himself. I'm a Hufflepuff by the way not that it really matters." I kicked my feet keeping myself afloat swimming in tiny circles just staring up at the sky.

I think about what she says for a moment. Your hogwarts house should define who you are but I feel, in my heart it doesn't. You are who you ate, regardless of where the sorting decides where you should be. I sometimes feel as if I shouldn't be in slytherin. I haven't got the right sort of personality. I don't live by it like so many of my fellow slytherin students do.
'I have to confess I don't know him. I hope to meet him one day though. I have 2 baby sisters. 1 is 2 and the other 5. they're totally cute. I love them to pieces' I reply, no doubt sharing too much with someone I've only just met.
