Finally Here

Ruin, a well known 7th year Slytherin, enters the lounge, his blue eyes scanning the room for his friends. When he spots them, he wonders over and begins to chat, the conversation immediately turning to him and what his family has accomplished.

I walk in and spot a slytherin boy I haven't spoke to before talking to some random students. I walk over to him and tap his arm.

'What do you say you ditch these' I nod my head into the direction of the others. 'And come with me to hogsmeade for a drink?' I say, smiling and making my eyes share that smile. I still have my hand on his arm as I wait for his answer.

Ruin gives the girl and charming smile and ponders over her request. Never one to turn down an offer from a beautiful girl, Ruin nods and dismisses his friends. "How can I refuse a beautiful girl what she wants?" He moves her hand so that their arms are linked and smiles at her once again. "My name is Ruin," he says, tapping his long fingers against the inside of her arm.

I smile broadly and place my hand on his arm.

'My name Is Aimee. You're Slytherin I heard right?' I smile. 'I'm in Slytherin too but I haven't really seen you in the common room.' I say, looking at him.

Ruin lets out a small chuckle. "Yes I'm a Slytherin. I'm in my 7th year, so most of my time is spent outside of the common room." He looked down at the small girl, and raised an eyebrow. "I'm surprised you haven't at least heard of me...normally all I hear is my name being tossed around." Ruin lifts his shoulders in a shrug and looks ahead, obviously used to his fellow students knowing who he is.

I laugh softly. 'I don't usually find anyone but my cousin and a trusted friend of ours pleasant company normally.' I give him a dazzling smile. 'I find some students to be far too... Immature and self centred sometime. But my cousin understands me and my difficulties. I'm sure the other students see your' Thinks for a moment before carrying on. 'appeal.' I say slowly. 'Peharps you have heard of some of my family. After all, your house was created by my great-great-great-great (ETC) grandfather a number of years ago.'

Ruin lets out another low laugh. "Well, of course I've heard of your family," he replies. Ruin, being a pureblood himself was glad to be around similar company. "It's always nice to see someone who comes of pure descent. They seem to be the best company." Ruin slides his blue eyes over to Aimee, taking in her beauty.

Apollonius strode in with a trace of a smile on the corner of his mouth. He saw Ruin and Aimee surreptitiously casting sideways glances at each other and laughing together. Oh this is far too obvious. He thought with a laugh that never left his lips.

'We shall have to double date at Madam Puddifoot's if this continues.' He said with tones of amusement then, with obvious mirth he continued: 'though I do hope this isn't simply a matter of dowry.'

"Double date? That sounds ominous" said Elad. "I don't believe we've met. Elad D'Avigdor"

I look at them.

'Who said anything was going on between me and... Ruin?' I say, looking between them.

'"The Lady doth protest to much, methinks"' Was all the response Apollonius gave to that.

Ruin smirked as he looked over at the other two and laughed agreeably with Aimee. "Anyways, who said anything was going on. We were simply going to have a few drinks and chat."

'Yes. A simple date, Aimee, not a proposition of marriage. Then it is settled. Shall we meet at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade?' He thought this might be a good idea for his cousin.

"Are you sure, beloved? Your cousin might not be too fond of that... even if it is just a 'chat'" said Elad

He nodded and looked over at Elad realizing he didn't answer the boy. "I'm Ruin," he said with a dazzling smile before during back to Apollonius. "I'm game if she is." he said turning his head back to Aimee and giving her a smile.

'Oh, she is game.' Said Apollonius, knowingly. 'We might go so far as to call her a game bird. She will do her pouting best not to look game, though.'

Apollonius sighed with mock exasperation. 'If one cannot pander to one's cousin, then to whom? Still, pip pip, the Three Broomsticks awaits.'

Ruin laughed at Apollonius' words and shook his head. "Alright alright, onward." he said, motioning forward before turning back to the other boy. "Wait, are you meaning to tell me you're going outside...when its....light out Apollonius?" he questioned, a small smirk on his lips.

'I dare say I could risk venturing out. I do have Blood-Brother Factor 5, 000 on. It's suitable for all walking undead and emos.'

He chuckled and lifted his shoulders "Well this should be fun."

Apollonius gave Ruin directions, just in case he'd forgotten the best way to get to Hogsmeade. 'You can get to the Three Broomsticks best if you take this route.' He said.

Ruin nodded in thanks. "Alright, well, I'll see you then."
