Updates made and news.

I have made a number of changes to how the forum appears to our users.
1. All members can now only view and comment in their house.
2. We have separate year groups: 1st, 2nd and 3rd year. 4th and 5th years and finally 6th and 7th year. Only the admin profiles can view all 3 forum areas. Members (Including the admins characters profiles) Can only view their year group.
3. A welcome email now goes out automatically to every new member.
4. Member list is only available for moderators for the time being.
5. Shortly I will be updating the forum list and adding a member writers group for any members who wish to share fanfics, headcannons, non hp related writing etc. Please make sure anything you post in it was written by yourself.
6. All members have been added to their house and year groups as long as I've received your character form on the topic. If you haven't already filled in it then please do. You won't be able to access the whole site properly if you don't.
