Application form.

1st off please make sure before applying that by Sunday at 8pm you will fulfil these requirements.

1. You have to have post at least 20 posts on the forum.
2. You must be active in the role playing area of the site.
3. Not have a warning from myself on behalf of other admins of users. Warnings are only issued with rule breaking so don't worry. You should be fine as no one has received one.

So here comes the fun part. I want you to make up a CV for your ORIGINAL CHARACTER professor. It can include anything and everything you want. I suggest making it as detailed and imaginative as possible. But please... There is no such thing as a prefect teacher. For example if you say they received all Os in their owls it's too far fetched. No one does that. I beleive it even says in the books not even Dumbledore did. Please pick one subject to apply for with a 2nd as back up.

Defence Against the Dark Arts
Charms
Transfiguration
Potions
Herbology
History of Magic
Astronomy
Flying

These are the core subjects taught at hogwarts. I would like these to be filled 1st. I would like to keep the role play as hogwarts canon as possible. This includes making subjects such as Divination, muggle studies, care of magical creatures etc only available to 3rd years and above. Sorry if anyone doesn't apply for this reason but there will be plenty more chances to apply.

I'm applying for the role of Potions Master.

My name is Adalwyn Agrippa and my potions knowledge stretches long into the past. My knowledge began as a student here in the hallowed halls of Hogwarts, and thereafter I went to learn with the great potions masters such as Albertus Magnus and Manfred Junius perfecting many arcane and powerful potions. Of course, my expertise in other areas is somewhat patchy, potions being my life, my love and my forte.

I would describe myself as somewhat affable; if I may say so of myself, I am a friendly person, though somewhat prone to spoonerisms. I would teach my students by inspiration first and discipline second; my students need never realise they're learning, so long as they learn!

In all fairness I should warn you that this scroll has been imbued with a kindness potion; as you read and its subtle scent reaches your nostrils, you cannot but help think of me in a kind way: you believe there could be nobody better for the job.

Hi, I'm applying for the Defense Against the Dark Arts post as professor but i really don't mind what i teach.


My name is Peter Ruddlesack, I received quite a few Os in my OWLs and some other quite good marks and in my OWLs I have only got one T (Troll) which is in Potions, and one P (Poor) which was in Herbology, and i know quite a few good spells and I've had a chance to join Voldemort but I was smart and rejected him, i said no and apparated away just in time, my mum was a famous witch named Raven Ruddlesack, and my dad was quidditch seeker of the year in 1987, my dad's name was Joe Ruddlesack, but my mum and dad died trying to kill Voldemort, and I've been alone ever since that moment I have wanted revenge on Voldemort but it's too dangerous to fight him alone let alone in a pair.




If i get the post of DADA (Defense Against the Dark Arts) I would teach good help out at Hogwarts and give points and take points away from houses when needed not like Professor Snape did to Griffindor and Slytherin, I would also set homework that's on the task we've done that day/night and and have it due in at a reasonable time, that is all i have to say about myself hope i get to become a professor especially Defense Against the Dark Arts but like I said I don't mind what I teach...
