The Kitchens

Ruin walked down the corridor towards the secret entrance to the kitchens. When he reached the familiar portrait, he tickled the pear and slipped into the warmth offered by constant activity in the busy room. He was greeted with the normal kindness that the house elves offer however he dismissed them and moved to sit by the roaring fire. He accepted an offered drink and a plate of sandwiches before he turned back to the fire and pulled out his potions book.

He began to read over the book, and started on an essay that he was assigned. Ruin occasionally asked for more to drink, concentrating solely on his essay.

''What where when!?'' He awakes suddenly, alert from a dream.

She looks up, an annoyed expression played across her face. "Oh, nothings really happening. Just me, trying to sleep," she smiles sweetly pushing him back down with a flick of her wand. She calls over a house elf and asks for some coffee, "But that's obviously not going to happen as there are too many distractions," she smiles as the house elf returns with coffee. She snatches the coffee and takes a few gulps. She takes a quick look at Eric and Jonny, "Now what's up with you?" she asks more directed at Jonny, "You're acting pretty weird, 'Just thinking.' "

"Nothing spescially really, I was hungry" he smiles "you? why are you here actually?" he asks Eric and Carly

''Getting something to eat.'' he smiled.

She holds up her cup and looks at him, motioning to the cup. "Coffee. I'm pretty tired," she takes another couple sips of coffee and grins. She sets her coffee aside for a few moments, "Figured I'd just sleep pretty well tonight after coffee all day."

"okey eric" he grins "maybe" he grins "I think it was the other way around he sais to Carly

Leeann walks in with a case of chocolate frogs. She sees the others having a conversation and goes to see if see can join. She walks over and hold up the case. 'Anybody want one?' She asked.

"No," she says flatly but then quickly adds, "but thanks for asking." She smiles, "I don't believe we've met. Slytherin I presume?"

Leeann smiled. 'Yeah, I'm Slytherin,my name is Leeann.'

Amy walked down, sitting quietly in a corner. She ordered a hot chocolate and sat, sipping. She listened to the general conversation, not wanting to interrupt.

She smiles, "Carly Quinn. Nice to meet you. I'm a Ravenclaw..." She looks down and realizes she's still under her blanket. She pushes it off her, letting it fall to the ground.

''Eric Sahaif, 5th year Ravenclaw.'' He smiled at the newcomer.

'Are you giving yet another student the come on, Sahaif?' Asked Apollonius with laughter as he walked into the kitchen for an Earl Grey.

She looks at Eric confused then changes her expression back to a smile. 'I'll just ask him what that means later,' she thought.to herself. Her eyes follow Apollo into the kitchen, then she jerks her head back. "So how is everyone on this... kitcheny day?" she picks up her coffee taking a few sips.

Ooc: I need to stop rping at night, it obviously makes me write weird stuff

(OoC: either that, or have a cold shower before you start RPing )

OoC: or try some coffee... with lots of sugar and i always use a lot of creamer too XD that's what i do half the time when pulling an all nighter... or drink some homemade butterbeer ^-^

He left the daydreaming "who what when!?" "oh hi you slytherin girl, my name is Oliver Jonny Oliver" he grinned "hello apollo"

"Oh, hello Jonny! Nice of you to join us!" she laughs a little then stands up. She strectches then paces around the area, the caffine beginning to sink in, "Is it just me or is it hot in here?" She laughs and looks at the fire, then puts the fire out. "See! I'm so hot I can start a fire!" she giggles and falls into a chair.

'Oliver.' Nodded Apollonius curtly. He wondered if the elves had any paprika.

"It is you Carly" he laughed

She looks at Jonny like he's insane, "What are you- What does that mean?" She directs the reformed question at Apollo. "What's he doing?" she slides off her seat and sits on the floor.
