Hospital Wing

Ruin carried Aimee the entire way to the hospital wing immediately seeking the old woman out. He laid Aimee on a bed as he was instructed and pressed a kiss to her forehead. He stayed as long as he could before the nurse kicked him out. He headed back down to the Slytherin Common room.

Ruin nodded. "No news." he said, looking up at Elad.

Aimee stirred. The last clutches of whatever had taken over her left and with it, she screamed once for Ruin. Opening her eyes, she blinked softly, taking in her surrondings. W-Where am I? She thought to herself. Eyes clouded in confusion, she didn't seem able to focus and she lay there, trying to get some sense of what had happened and where she was.

'Well, well, well.' Started Apollonius. 'Finally undertaken to rejoin the world of the living? Any idea what happened? The nurse hasn't said much.'

She blinks and turns her head to the sound of Apollos voice. She foces on him at last and breathes deeply, her panic subsiding but not much.
'I have no idea. Where am I?' She whispered, barely hearable.

'Oh, you're still on the quidditch pitch. It just seemed like a good idea to leave you there for days once you'd fainted.' Said Apollonius with a grin. 'Ruin carried you to the hospital wing. You've been here days.'

She smiled weakly at Apollo. 'I see your humour hasn't changed.' She stopped smiling. 'Where's Ruin?' She asked.

'No idea. Perhaps he finally caved and fell asleep. I don't think he's been sleeping since he brought you here. He looks on death's door.' Said Apollonius. 'He was very worried.'

Ruin made his way to the hospital wing, his fingers carding through his messy hair. It had been days since he slept properly and he didn't have the energy to put his hair in it's normal style. When he entered and saw Aimee awake, he stopped walking. He stared for a few moments before rubbing his eyes and opening them to make sure she was still there. "Aimee..." he mumbled, jogging over to her side. "Are you actually awake or am I hallucinating?" he asked Apollo.

'Verily she be there.' Said Apollonius, eyeing Ruin curiously. 'You're not imagining her.'

Ruin smiled and looked down at the blonde. "Hey love," he said, reaching his hand out for hers.

She gribbed his hand and smiled a little stronger then before. 'If I look as bad as you then I can forgive you for thinking of me as a ghost or something.'

Ruin chuckled and pulled a chair up so that he was sitting beside her. "I look that terrible?" he asked, bringing her hand up to his lips.

'I know you like your sleep, Aimee, but it gets a bit ridiculous after 24 hours.' Said Apollonius, hoping to keep the conversation light. 'Do you remember anything?'

'Yes, Ruin, of course. But we forgive you.' Apollonius said, laughing.

She shook her head and frowned. 'I remember speaking to Uncle on his office and then... Nothing.' She looked at Ruin. 'How long has it been?'

"About a week." he said, carding his fingers through her hair. "You don't remember anything?"

Her eyes widdened and she sat bolt upright. 'A week?' She asked, disbeiliving him.

He nodded. "Yes I week, love.'

'It is as he says; you fainted by the quidditch pitch and Ruin carried you here. He has waited by your side this past week.' Said Apollonius.

"Aimee? It is good to see you are ok" said Elad

Ruin couldn't help the smile that spread over his lips. "Merlin, I've missed you." he murmured to the girl, running his thumb over her knuckles.

'Enough of your mancrush, what about Aimee?' Apollonius joked weakly.

Ruin turned to look at Apollo and laughed softly. "Well, look at that." he said, lifting an eyebrow. "You do care."

'The burden of proof is on the accuser.' Was his reply.

He chuckled, squeezing Aimee's hand lightly before kissing her hand again.
