Walpurgis Complex Main Chamber

'Flobby, Blinky, Smokey and Screecher!' Apollonius called in curt tones. Seconds later, the four house elves had apparated before him. He kicked the last for being the slowest.

'I have a mission for you that will take you out of this school, out of its grounds, yea, even out of the wizarding world into the cesspit we call the muggle world.' Began Apollonius.

'Once there, you will find muggles for me. They should live solitary lives and preferably be drunk when you take them. I want this to rouse as little attention as possible!' He stressed that last part, and with a whip of his wand lashed out at one of the elves to hold their attention. 'I want people who will not be missed. Their disappearances might raise questions in the muggle world, but it should not be so obvious what has happened that questions are raised in ours.'

'I will require a minimum of two such muggles. You will lock them in two of the cells in the dungeon—this dungeon, not the Slytherin dungeon—' he added, recognising the possibility of these feckless creatures making a stupid mistake 'and then report back to me. In time, we will require that you bring more muggles, but for the present time two will suffice unless you should happen to come across more than two during the same period. Now go!'

In complete unison, the four house elves disapparated.

(OOC: Ok Im too tired to role play. I can;t understand a word of that so I'm going to go sleep. Niiight !!)

Ruin untangled himself from Apollo on the sofa and sat up. "I haven't told her my decision yet..." he said, bringing his knees up and resting his chin on them.

'Ah... well... if you do decide...' Responded Apollonius, leaving the rest to implication.

Ruin shook his head back and forth. "Little late now." he said, a small chuckle leaving his lips.

Apollonius silenced the muggles and pointed his wand at a gramophone which sat in one corner. It sprang to life and began to play:



He turned back to Ruin. 'I think she has always hoped... it's a dreadful thing to watch those we've loved fall out of life. We wither which each.'

He turned his attention back on the muggle and with a vicious slash of his wand the muggle began to bleed. Apollonius busied himself at the wound.

Ruin watched Apollo, once more intrigued. "Why is this so....inviting."

'Life and magic both... they are not of this world, but they are held to in the blood. Energy travels through fluid and the fluid through which life travels is blood. When you take another's blood you take their life and their magic. When two share theirs, it is as though their souls themselves were speaking to each other.' He responded. 'What is not inviting about that?'

A smile spread across Ruin's lips. "Everything is inviting about that." he said, wrapping his arms around his legs to pull them closer to his chest.

'Is there a reason you're curling up in the foetal position?' Laughed Apollonius.

He shook his head. "No. This is just comfortable. You're the one who pulled me on the couch." he said, looking over at the other boy.

'Oh yes.' He said and bit his bottom lip. 'I wonder how Slytherin dungeon would react if they knew Apollonius had taken Ruin on the couch.'

Ruin let out a loud chuckle and smiled. "Yes. I'm sure that would stir up some juicy rumors." he said, glancing back at the muggle he had yet to torture. "How do I go about doing this?" he asked, pointing towards said muggle.

'Point your wand and choose an awful spell. The cruciatus curse is an obvious favourite, do you know how to use it? Channel your hatred through the wand to the target' Apollonius spoke as though instructing in perspective for a painting class. 'If you lacerate, remember not to go too deeply and always avoid the killing curse.'

Ruin stood up and climbed off of the couch. He walked over to the muggle and circled his victim. "Do they squirm a lot?" he asked, poking the muggle in the side and slipping his wand out of his robes.

'It depends on the spell. They squirm under the cruciatus curse an awful lot. If they are shackled as these are they can often damage themselves by grinding their wrists and ankles against the shackles.' He spoke as though he talked about troublesome children. 'But then they do have to be awake!'

Apollonius turned to look at the muggle he had neglected. The wounds he had caused seemed to have stopped bleeding while they were deprived of his tender mercies, and he couldn't really be bothered to do much more to the muggle.

He got up suddenly and looked the muggle in the eye to drink in his fear. 'I will not kill you, dear muggle, but sooner or later you will wish that I had. I will have the elves take you back so that you can bleed time and again for my hunger.'

'Oh, and a parting gift... Crucio!' The point of his slender hazel wand was mere millimetres from the muggle's left eye while Apollonius's free hand held the eye open. 'You thought you knew pain. I shall teach you differently; together we will venture out into new forbidding realms of unbridled terror, and you as my steed that my most noble feet need never touch the ground.'

He clapped for the elves who hurriedly took away the three muggles he had fettered.

Ruin watched in awe once more. He was hooked on this terrible past time. "I think I've found my niche. However, I don't know if I'm quite ready to actually do it myself...."

Aimee walked in. She called to the house elf she preffered. 'Bring me one of the scum... Prefarrably a whole one that the others haven't defiled already.'

She turned and walked to the altar like table on one side of the room. She held her wand in her hand, her fingers closed around it and place her almost clenched fists on the table and began to breath deeply, re gaining control on herself. She felt her head clearing and when she felt slightly better the house elf returned, a young muggle man alongside. Aimee stood and pointed to a spot on the floor a few feet infront of the wall. She looked at the muggle and smiled a humourless, slightly terrifying smile. The muggles eyes widened in terror.

'Go.' She said unkindly to the house elf. After it had left, she walked towards the muggle, smilingly slightly trueer then before after he shrunk away from her.

She crouched a few feet away and tilted her head, her eyes narrowing. 'You fear me yet how could you possibly know who I am?' She laughed coldly. 'I'm glad to see I have that effect on you.'

She stood and backed away, her wand coming up and she looked him in the eyes, the muggle unable to tear his eyes away.

'Crucio.' She muttered and she felt the hate travel out of her and threw her wand. She smiled in satisfaction as the spell began to affect the muggle. She thought of Harmony and his pain visuably grew.

After a few minutes, she stopped.

The muggles eyes had grown clodly through pain. She walked forward again, fear kept him moving and she looked him in the eyes. 'You're not even worthpy of my time you filthy muggle.'

She brang her wand up and said calmly, 'Avada Kedavra.' She contuined watching, almost blinded by the green light that filled the room. She managed to catch the moment his life left his eyes, and she smiled, her face becoming beautiful in that moment.

She sank to the floor and sat there for maybe 20 minutes, her eyes still looking into those of the dead muggle. Suddenly she stood up and called for 2 house elfs to enter.

'Clean this mess up.' She said menancingly. 'And before my cousin comes back or feel my anger yourselves.' She said, her eyes glinting.

She turned and left the room calmly and collectedly, heading for her own.

Ruin had followed her, trying to find her in the Slytherin dungeon. When he realized she was not there, he hurried to the spot she had shown him. "Aimee." he said, when he finally found her. "What was all of that nonsense with Harmony?" he asked, slowly approaching her.

Ruin entered as she was leaving and she stopped. Looking at him she answer: 'A matter of little importance. If she dares to repeat any of her actions she will end up like him.' She pointed at the muggle man the house elves were removing.

Aimee sighed and stepped past him, leaving.

Ruin stepped into the chamber and sat down. He closed his eyes and brought his hands up to rub his temples. He could feel a headache taking over his brain and he needed to think. He brought his knees up to his chest and rested his forehead against them. All he could do was think.

Why aren't we spending time together. She's always running off as soon as we finally do see one another.

Aimee walked in and laid a hand gently on his shoulder, saying softly 'Ruin' as she did so.

Ruin looked up and a small smile claimed his lips. "Hello beautiful." he said, placing a hand on top of hers.

She bent over to him and kissed him softly, smiling slightly as she broke away. 'I've missed you.' She said simply.

Ruin sank into the kiss and smiled against her lips. "I've missed you too," he murmured once they parted. He pulled the girl to him and wrapped his arms around her. "So much." he added quietly, pressing another kiss to her temple.
